Investment Adviser
The Company’s Investment Adviser, Martley Capital Real Estate Investment Management Limited (“Martley Capital”), is a full-service real estate investment management platform whose activities cover real estate investing, lending, asset management and fund management. It has more than 40 employees across five offices in UK and Europe. The team manages assets with a value of circa £900 million across 19 mandates (as at 30 June 2024). over European, regional, multi-tenanted commercial real estate sector.
Jane Blore is the asset manager with specific responsibility for the Alternative Income REIT PLC (“AIRE”). With a real estate career spanning over 35 years Jane brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across all sectors of real estate investment, acquisition, valuation, fund and asset management from both an investor and occupational viewpoint. In particular she enjoys on-boarding complex multi let assets and developing strategic plans while identifying where value is hiding in any asset.
Before joining Martley Capital, Jane was Senior Asset Manager at M7 Real Estate, managing AIRE, as well as other portfolios and a Portfolio Manager at East of England Co-operative Society where she managed circa 650 assets across all commercial real estate sectors. Jane has run her own business, worked at Prudential Property Investment Managers, headed Business Space at AMP Asset Management/Henderson Global Investors, cut her teeth at Hillier Parker May & Rowden (now CBRE) and started her career at Strutt & Parker.
Jane is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Alison Lambert is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Martley Capital Group, where she oversees Finance, Capital Markets, Listed Markets, and Operations. She plays a central role in shaping the firm’s financial strategy and operational performance.
Prior to joining Martley Capital, Alison was Head of Finance – Listed Markets at M7 Real Estate, leading Finance and Accounting and coordinating with advisors, non-executive directors, and internal teams. Before that, she served as Head of Finance, Europe at Oxford Properties, where she led the regional finance team and held governance roles including Executive Director in Luxembourg and Internal Audit Liaison with OMERS.
Alison began her career at KPMG, where she was a Director in Transaction Services, advising on real estate, public sector, and infrastructure deals.
She holds a BSc in Biochemistry from Royal Holloway, University of London, is a Fellow of the ICAEW, and is Chair of CREFCE. She is a Trustee of Book Clubs in Schools.
