The Company’s Investment Adviser, M7 Real Estate Limited (“M7”), is a leading specialist in the pan-European, regional, multi-tenanted commercial real estate sector. It is M7’s mission is to be the European regional property fund and asset management business most admired for its performance and people, delivering value to investors and providing a collegiate and educational workplace.

Jane Blore is the asset manager with specific responsibility for the Alternative Income REIT plc (“AIRE”). With a real estate career spanning over 35 years Jane brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across all sectors of real estate investment, acquisition, valuation, fund and asset management from both an investor and occupational viewpoint. In particular she enjoys on-boarding complex multi let assets and developing strategic plans while identifying where value is hiding in any asset.

Before joining M7 Jane was Portfolio Manager at East of England Co-operative Society where she managed circa 650 assets across all commercial real estate sectors. Jane has run her own business, worked at Prudential Property Investment Managers, headed Business Space at AMP Asset Management/Henderson Global Investors, cut her teeth at Hillier Parker May & Rowden (now CBRE) and started her career at Strutt & Parker.

Jane is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Alison is Head of Finance – Listed Markets at M7 Real Estate, where she is responsible for Finance, Accounting and Tax functions. Alison was previously at Oxford Properties as Head of Finance Europe responsible for the leadership of the finance team, together with acting as the Executive Director in Luxembourg and Internal Audit Liaison for Oxford Properties with OMERS.

Prior to joining Oxford, Alison was a Director of KPMG Transaction Services where she specialised in providing advice in real estate, public sector, and infrastructure.

Alison is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a board member of CREFCE (CRE Finance Council).
